IELTS 5.5, TOEFL iBT 46, or equivalent, is required for entry.
The language certificate must be valid during the application period. The Pearson test of English, IELTS and TOEFL certificates are valid for two years. There are no limitations on the period of validity of the other certificates. A TOEFL test score will only be accepted if it has been directly submitted from the TOEFL Educational Testing Service (ETS). Edunation’s TOEFL code is C046.
Language test is not required if secondary level education has been completed in native English speaking country (USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand).
After you have submitted your application and KAMK has confirmed that you are eligible to apply, you will be sent instructions for the motivation letter and motivation video. Do not make the motivation letter and video before receiving the instructions since they include the questions you will need to answer.

The goal of the bachelor’s degree in Tourism is to provide the students with the necessary skills to manage quality tourist experiences and to develop and manage tourism businesses with entrepreneurial attitude. The focus of the degree lies in nature activities, cultural aspects and recreational tourism.
At the start of the degree, the students will focus on gaining basic skills and knowledge after which they will apply their acquired learning. You will study to gain comprehensive customer-oriented product development and marketing competence as well as to become familiar with different cultures for the purposes of international tourism. The final stages of the studies emphasize using your acquired competence in practice and in different types of smart solutions. The theme throughout the studies is innovative creativity, responsible and sustainable tourism enterprise development, internationality and personal development.
The students will specialize in adventure tourism or wellbeing tourism. In the adventure tourism module, students will learn to create and commercialize experiences in the form of summer and winter nature and sports tourism activities. The wellbeing tourism module enables students to develop experiental concepts of wellbeing and wellness products as a part of tourism.
The tourism degree provides students with the skills to work in tourism development, sales, marketing and production tasks, tourism management, and as independent entrepreneurs. It involves intensive cooperation on a variety of work based learning assignments conducted with actors and businesses engaged in tourism.
